This website is operated by Xariir Clothing Co. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.
2. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, mispriced, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in USD and include applicable UK VAT where relevant. Payment is taken at checkout. Import duties outside the UK are payable by the recipient.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current timescales.
5. Returns
You may return unworn, tagged, full-price items within 30 days of delivery, as set out on our Returns & Exchanges page. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Product descriptions
Garments are photographed as accurately as possible, but colour reproduction varies by screen. Embroidery is applied individually and small variations are a feature of the process, not a defect.
7. Intellectual property
The Xariir name, emblem, patterns, photography and site content are our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
