Where we are honest
We are a young label and we are not perfect. Our embroidery threads are polyester because it holds colour through hundreds of washes. Air freight is still used for restocks. We publish these trade-offs rather than hide them.
Repair before replace
Send us a Xariir garment with a failed seam or a lifted emblem within two years of purchase and we'll repair it. You pay postage one way; we cover the rest.
