Dispatch
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a UK public holiday leave the studio the next working day.
Tracking
Every order ships tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected — or check progress any time on the Track Order page.
Duties & customs
Deliveries outside the UK may attract import duty or local tax, charged by your customs authority on arrival. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Undelivered parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll email you to arrange a re-send. Re-delivery outside the UK may incur a second shipping charge.
